Joanne Ashby

Joanne has worked as a nurse in mental health for the past 15 years. The past 5 years she has been working at Prince of Wales Hospital, South Eastern Sydney local health district. This has included working with inpatients and for the past 18 months Joanne has been working in the clozapine clinic as the Clozapine nurse. In addition to the running of the clinic, this job includes being the Clopine coordinator for the General Practitioner Shared Care Program. Joanne’s position has been funded by the Central and Eastern Sydney Public Health Network. This role oversees and coordinates consumers from Prince of Wales Hospital clozapine clinic whilst they transition to clozapine therapy in the community.
